Gluten Free Apple Pie Crepes
I’ve always been a big fan of all types of crepes, so it is always fun to discover a new variation. Here is a gluten free recipe I ran across for a apple pie crepe. Give it a try and let us know how it turns out!

Gluten-Free Crepes
This is a basic crepes recipe which is a favorite in our household. You can add hat and cheese or whatever to achieve the taste you are going for. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 large egg
1 tablespoon oil
2/3 cup milk (or substitute)
1/2 cup sorghum flour
1 dash salt
1 tablespoon sugar
