Gluten Free Salsa Chicken Recipe
Chicken Ingredients:
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper to taste
Chicken Directions:
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, sauté the garlic in the olive oil for about 2 minutes.
- Add chicken and cook 5 minutes on each side.
- Add the salsa, salt and pepper. Continue to cook, covered, over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.
